The living room has oak beams that run upwards to give a light and spacious feel without losing any of it’s coziness.

To complete the downstairs, a shower room is located off the entrance hall to provide the ideal opportunity to wash away the sand and mud after a good day out.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms and family bathroom. The first bedroom features reclaimed oak trusses, wrought iron double bed and TV for your comfort. The second bedroom has similar reclaimed oak trusses, twin beds and enough space for a travel cot. To complete upstairs there is a family bathroom with bath, WC and hand basin.

With both bedrooms upstairs, open plan living downstairs and purpose made wooded stair-gates fitted to the solid wood staircase, makes it ideally suited for families or those with dogs.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, flat screen TV’s in the lounge and main bedroom providing Freeview and terrestrial stations.

The shared garden is accessed from the living room French doors, with patio area separated by screening, BBQ, table & bench seating and lawned area – this south facing garden provides views over the Gower to the beaches and idyllic sunsets.
